Hi, I’m a Maths AA tutor (HL/SL). I’ve been working with IB students since 2018, mostly on calculus, proof questions and the dreaded exam-style algebra. Lessons are usually 50% timed questions, 50% fixing whatever went wrong. If you’re stuck on the IA, I can help you turn a rough idea into a clean model, with sensible parameters, clear graphs, and notation that won’t get flagged in marking. I’m used to both AA and AI exam style.

I teach IB English A: Language & Literature and I’m picky (in a good way) about structure. I’ve coached students through Paper 1 commentary, HL Essay planning, and IO extracts, and I’m used to working with tight deadlines. Expect line-by-line feedback on thesis, framing and quotes, plus practice on how to write fast without sounding messy. I also help with text selection and global issue choices. Paper 2 is fine too.

IB Biology is my thing, especially genetics, cell respiration and ecology. I’ve tutored DP students for 6+ years and I’m used to the practical side too—sampling plans, stats choices, and writing a Biology IA that doesn’t fall apart in evaluation. We’ll use markscheme language early, spot common “method” gaps, and practise data-based questions so you’re not guessing in Paper 2 or 3. We can also plan quick-topic revision weeks.

Chemistry HL can feel like three subjects at once, so I keep sessions focused: one topic, one set of questions, proper corrections. I’ve supported IB Chem since 2016, including IA planning (good RQ, variables, uncertainty) and exam prep for organic, acids/bases and equilibrium. I’m big on showing full working the IB way, and I’ll happily build you a revision map so you know what to memorise vs what to practise.

I’m an IB Physics tutor who’s happiest when a sketch turns into an equation. I’ve taught DP Physics HL/SL for 9 years and I still enjoy mechanics, waves and fields. I can help you get faster at Paper 1/2 strategy (units, sig figs, what to ignore), and I’m comfortable guiding a Physics IA from idea to analysis—graphing, uncertainty, and writing conclusions that answer the RQ without waffle. Business Management in IB is all about using the right tool at the right time. I’ve tutored BM HL/SL since 2017 and I’m used to supporting IA work—choice of organisation, section structure, and making sure the analysis links to the syllabus. We’ll practise writing 10- and 20-mark answers properly, using key terms without forcing them. I’m also good with finance bits like ratios and investment appraisal.

Econ HL students usually know the theory but lose marks on diagrams and evaluation. That’s where I come in. I’ve been tutoring IB Economics since 2015, helping with real-world examples, clean annotations, and that “so what?” paragraph examiners want. Happy to cover IA commentaries too: picking articles that actually fit the syllabus, writing tight explanations, and avoiding the common trap of describing instead of analysing.

I tutor IB Psychology (SL/HL) and I’m very research-methods heavy. I’ve helped students with ERQ structure, SAQ precision, and choosing studies that actually fit the command term. For the IA, I can guide ethics forms, operationalising variables, and writing up results (tables, graphs, effect size) clearly without padding. I’m a History DP tutor (IB only) and I like the parts people avoid: historiography, OPVL, and building an argument that survives a Paper 2 markscheme. I’ve worked with students on IA investigations since 2014, from picking manageable sections to tightening citations and evaluation.
